2. VIDABLAB Products and Services

2.1 Through VIDABLAB, we use artificial-intelligence (“AI”) model technology to provide AI content-generation and other services. You may review the “VIDABLAB Algorithm and Model Filing Disclosure” to learn about the model services provided by VIDABLAB. We also provide information publishing, interactive communication, search, and various other services.

2.2 You may download and install the VIDABLAB desktop client from the official VIDABLAB website or obtain VIDABLAB products and services through other official channels expressly authorized by us. To ensure safe use and normal functioning, please obtain and install the client only through such legitimate channels. If you download, install, or use the client from an unofficial channel, we cannot guarantee the authenticity, security, completeness, or stability of that version, nor can we guarantee that related functions will operate normally. Except as otherwise expressly provided by law, we are not responsible for compensation for losses caused by your use of an unofficial, tampered, or unknown-source version of the client.

2.3 To use VIDABLAB, you must provide your own terminal devices, such as a computer or mobile phone. To use all functions, your device must be connected to the Internet, and you are responsible for Internet access, data traffic, and other related charges.

2.4 We develop different application versions for different terminal devices. Please obtain, download, and install the official version appropriate for your actual device.

2.5 We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to lawfully use VIDABLAB. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by us. Unless we have given prior express written authorization, you may not use VIDABLAB in any unauthorized form, including but not limited to adaptation, reproduction, distribution, crawling, vertical search, mirroring, or trading.

2.6 To improve user experience or based on overall service operation, platform security, and compliance needs, we may update or change VIDABLAB products or services from time to time, including modifying, upgrading, suspending or terminating services, introducing new services, or replacing software packages. You may decide whether to update. If you do not update, some functions may be restricted or unavailable. To ensure the security and functional consistency of VIDABLAB software and related services, we may update the software or change or restrict certain functions without separate notice. After a new version is released, an older version may cease to function. Please monitor the software version and update in a timely manner to avoid affecting your experience. If you do not wish to use an updated version, you may uninstall it.

3. VIDABLAB Accounts

3.1 We provide a registration channel for VIDABLAB accounts. You may use a third-party account authorization login function offered by us to register and log in through a user account of third-party software or a platform that you lawfully own, unless the relevant third party restricts or prohibits this. You must ensure that the third-party account you use has completed real-identity verification and complies with applicable laws and regulations. Collection of a mobile phone number is necessary to satisfy national legal requirements concerning real-name network registration. If you refuse to provide a mobile phone number for registration or login, we may be unable to provide functions and services related to AI content generation, information publishing, and interactive communication.

3.2 You may use VIDABLAB without registering for or logging in to an account, but you will not be able to experience all functions. Before using certain functions and/or individual services, such as AI functions, information publishing, or interactive communication, you must register or log in and complete real-identity verification as required by applicable national laws and regulations.

3.3 You may independently set your VIDABLAB nickname, avatar, and other account information. Without another person’s express written permission, you may not open an account in that person’s name or impersonate another person’s name, business name, trade name, trademark, avatar, or other identifiers as account information. When using an account, you may not mislead the public as to the account owner, especially by creating confusion with organizations or individuals widely known to the public, and you may not infringe another person’s personality rights, property rights, or other lawful rights. We may review account information you submit. If the information violates laws, administrative regulations, government rules, or this Agreement, we may take measures permitted by law, including warnings, requiring correction within a specified period, resetting account information, restricting functions, suspending use, closing the account, or prohibiting re-registration.

3.4 Your VIDABLAB account is for your personal use only. You may not give, lend, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit another person to use it. If we reasonably believe that the user is not the registered account holder, we may suspend or terminate services to that account in order to protect account security.

3.5 When registering for and using a VIDABLAB account, you must provide true, accurate, lawful, and valid identity documents and necessary information. If the registration information changes, you must update it promptly. If the information you submit is inaccurate, untrue, unlawful, or reasonably questionable, we may require correction or supplementation or refuse to provide the relevant service. You understand and agree that, for security and identity-recognition purposes (such as account-recovery appeals), you may be unable to modify initial registration information or other verification information.

3.6 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your VIDABLAB account and are legally responsible for activities under the account, including information publishing and payments. If you lose the account, you may use our appeal process to request recovery. You understand that we can only determine whether the verification information submitted in an appeal matches our system records and cannot determine whether the appellant is the true owner. If the account is stolen because of your improper custody or other reasons attributable to you, you bear the resulting loss. If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerability, notify us immediately and take appropriate steps to protect the account.

3.7 You may apply to cancel your VIDABLAB account. Please refer to the “VIDABLAB Account Cancellation Agreement” for the conditions and consequences. You may cancel only your own account and must complete the ownership-verification process. After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize information in the account, except where laws, regulations, or other rules require a different retention period or processing method. After cancellation you will no longer be able to log in with the account or retrieve any account content or information. You remain responsible for conduct occurring before cancellation.

We therefore remind you that, when choosing and using VIDABLAB, you should fully understand and agree to the following:

  1. Given current scientific and technological limitations and the nature of artificial intelligence, we cannot guarantee that Generated Content is true, accurate, reliable, or unique. The same or similar Input Content may produce the same or similar Generated Content in VIDABLAB. If Input Content includes reference images or similar materials, Generated Content may, depending on the specific product function, resemble content that you upload or publish to varying degrees. You should objectively and prudently evaluate Generated Content based on your own needs, avoid relying on it, and not use it as the sole basis for taking or refraining from any action. Before acting on Generated Content, we recommend seriously considering professional advice, particularly for matters involving health, medical care, finance, investment, insurance, law, or other issues that may significantly affect you or related parties.
  2. You must understand and use generative and deep-synthesis AI scientifically, rationally, lawfully, and in compliance with this Agreement and the Platform Rules, and strictly comply with laws and regulations including the Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China, Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, Interim Measures for the Administration of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, Provisions on the Administration of Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services, and Measures for Labeling AI-Generated and Synthesized Content. You must independently and prudently judge and verify Generated Content, and you bear all consequences and liability arising from judgments or subsequent actions based on Generated Content, including risks associated with judgments regarding its truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, uniqueness, or non-infringement.
  3. Please understand that we take the safety of model-generated content seriously and will endeavor to adopt reasonable security measures to filter inappropriate or harmful outputs and make Generated Content conform to expectations as much as possible.
